Plein Air Art

En plein air - the act of painting outdoors. Artists will be painting in Tandy Hills and you are invited to take a piece of their work home. A silent auction will be hosted by Artspace 111, a Prairie Fest sponsor.

Sculpture on the Prairie

Elaine Taylor has been an artist for over 30 years. Her current work includes large-scale installations, playful sculptures and drawings. She has an M.A and M.F.A in art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Taylor is the Gallery Manager at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center and also teaches computer graphics at North Lake College in Irving. Recent exhibits include Preservation is the Art of the City, TCC-NW Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit, Prairie Fest, and Garden Spiral at FW Botanic Gardens.
